Kelly Lam

Kelly has been teaching music for over ten years, working with students of all ages and musical backgrounds. She is passionate about helping people discover their musical voice, whether they are just beginning their journey or continuing to grow as lifelong learners. Her lessons are warm, creative, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual, blending solid technical foundations with space for imagination, exploration, and personal expression.

With formal training in music education and a strong background in early childhood pedagogy, Kelly understands how students learn at different stages and how to make music meaningful and engaging. She draws on the Orff, Dalcroze, and Kodály approaches to bring movement, rhythm, and play into her teaching, especially with younger learners. In piano lessons, she focuses on developing healthy technique, musical literacy, expressive playing, and confidence through repertoire, improvisation, and composition.

Kelly is a skilled pianist, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist who brings energy, joy, and a deep love of music to every lesson.
