​Achievements

We am thrilled to share exciting news with you regarding the remarkable achievements of two of our talented students, Giancarlo and Giuliana Ibarra, at the 6th Hong Kong Pacific Piano Open Competition. These gifted musicians have not only showcased their extraordinary skills but have also secured well-deserved prizes in their respective categories.

Giancarlo Ibarra, has been awarded the 3rd Prize in the Examination Group - Grade 2. His captivating performance of Manfred Schmitz's "Tango for Two" captivated the judges and demonstrated his exceptional musical prowess. Giuliana Ibarra, who secured the 2nd Prize in the Examination Group - Grade 1. Her enchanting rendition of Emma (Lou) Diemer's "A Rainy Saturday" stood out for its artistry and skill, earning her well-deserved recognition. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to their dedicated teacher, Crystal Cheng, for her outstanding guidance and mentorship. It is through her great effort and commitment that these students have achieved such remarkable heights. We are immensely proud of their accomplishments and look forward to witnessing their continued musical journey.

Congratulations to our student Mark Ureta (top left) on receiving the FIRST PLACE in the Chamber String Ensemble representing the Chatswood Public School in the Ryde Eisteddfod 2017. Each year school groups around Sydney participate in the Ryde Eisteddfod with a high standard of performances. Well done to Mark and we wish him all the best in his upcoming audition in the Sydney Conservatorium High School.
